We heard from some interested parties about our new refund policy for the deposits on our shooting classes. We originally had it listed that starting with our 2018 classes there were not going to be any refunds issued for the deposits if a student cancelled from a class. We heard from a number of potential attendees that sometimes unforeseen issues come up and plans have to be changed and it became obvious we need to revisit this policy. We do recognize that these unforeseen events do happen at times and they often times are out of the control of the enrolled student.
We would like to announce that we have rolled the refund policy back to the way it was before this year. As long as you cancel at least 60 days before the start of the class we can issue you a refund, minus a 5% processing fee. The reason for the 60 day policy is because when it gets closer than 60 days it becomes very difficult to fill the seat that was vacated. In emergencies and especially for Military & Law Enforcement duty changes that necessitate missing a class, we can make exceptions, just contact us as soon as possible.
