For in stock items, we try to ship the items out in 2-3 business days, or sooner. The shipping
method is determined based on the selected shipping method the customer
chooses when placing the order. We charge the actual cost of shipping plus
packaging. If you have provided a valid email address, you should receive an
email notifying you when the order is being processed and when it has shipped.
In the event of a mis-shipped item, please contact us via email or phone to receive
a RMA number before shipping the item back. If the item is
